In 1998 we bought a hilltop property with a spectacular view. There was a small, brick barn in the
middle of the vineyard which we converted into a guest cottage. The barn's exterior changed very
little in the renovation, but inside we built a completely new vacation house; designed to be
comfortable and easy to maintain. Plumbing, heating, and electric systems are all modern.
The house is located at the end of a private lane, inside a gated courtyard two minutes walk to the
shops but, in a green and private setting.
