This house is called the "Nido" meaning "Nest", because it is small, and snug with a
bird’s-eye view over the hills, valleys and Alps. It is located at the highest point of
the village, on the site of an ancient castle fortress.  Once belonging to the baroque
church next to which it stands, the Nido was home to the sexton and bell ringer.
The old brick walls are two feet thick and keep the house cool in the summer and
keep out
the winter’s cold. We have completely renovated the Nido and equipped
it with modern conveniences.

GROUND FLOOR: (30 sq.mt/279 sq.ft) there is a kitchen with fireplace
and a full bath and laundry space.
UPSTAIRS: (30 sq. mt/279 sq.ft) one bedroom with queen size bed,
and a panoramic sitting room with  a single bed/sofa.

The Nido is furnished in classic Piemontese country style and is equipped
with: Central heating, comfortable bedding,, linens, bathrobes, hair dryer,
tub/shower, gas stove/electric oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee
maker, cutlery,  dishes and cooking utensils,  clothes washer, library of books,
guides and maps in English, TV with Astra satellite decoder and fixed phone line
with ADSL Internet available.
